Thank you for choosing Kelly's Driving School. We value your business and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for you. 

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but last-minute cancellations hurt our business. Please take a moment to review our cancellation & rescheduling policies:

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• 24+ HOURS BEFORE
  Cancel or reschedule at no charge. If you request a refund, the merchant processing fee + $15 administrative fee will be deducted.

• LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE
  A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% can be used to reschedule or refunded, minus applicable processing and administrative fees.

​​

• NO-SHOW OR INSTRUCTOR ALREADY EN ROUTE
  The full service cost is forfeited and non-refundable.

🌧️ Rain & Weather

​

• Lessons continue in normal rainy conditions. We cancel only when there is an official weather advisory for hurricanes, severe storms, or dangerous winds.

​​

• If you choose to cancel due to rain, the standard cancellation policy above applies.

​​
