We understand that things happen, and you might need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, but last-minute cancellations hurt our business.
When you book a driving lesson, you are paying for a private instructor and a vehicle. Therefore, your slot can not be sold to anyone else whether you show up or not.
Having said this, we still understand that things might happen, and you can avoid cancellation fees. For doing so we kindly request to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson at least 24 hours in advance, and cancellation fees will NOT be applied.
Cancellation of a driving lesson within 24 hours of the lesson will pay a cancellation fee of $60.
Cancellation when the instructor is already on their way and No-show: the lesson is forfeited.
Services in our location that do not include pick up & drop off can be rescheduled at any time without any cancelation fees.
Any customer who had paid with a credit card, and later decide to cancel the service and claim a refund, will have deducted from their refund a $15 administration fee + the transaction fee charged by the merchant to the school.
