If you cancel a driving lesson or exam and request a refund at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

It is your responsibility to confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements for the driving test. The requirements are clearly outlined in our FAQ section at the bottom of our Driving Test Page.

Permit exam requirements are more complex and may vary depending on your legal status. To review the official criteria, please click HERE  to visit the DMV’s guidelines. If you're unsure about your eligibility, feel free to call us at (954) 283-0616.

🌧️ RAIN

At Kelly's Driving School, we do not cancel driving lessons due to rain, unless there is an official weather advisory for hurricanes, severe storms, or dangerous wind conditions.

If you choose to cancel your lesson last-minute due to rain, our standard cancellation fees will apply.

Our instructors are trained and equipped to adapt, and will relocate lessons to safer, drier areas when needed. We believe that learning to drive in the rain is essential for every new driver in Florida. The safest way to gain this experience is with a professional instructor in a vehicle designed for training. Rainy conditions offer valuable learning opportunities, and we’re committed to preparing our students for real-world driving.

Thank you for your understanding and commitment to safe, confident driving—rain or shine!
