We understand that things happen and you might need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, but last-minute cancellations hurt our business.
Think about it... When you buy a ticket for a concert, you are paying for a seat. Therefore, your seat can not be sold to anyone else whether you show up or not.
When you book a driving lesson, you are paying for a private instructor and a vehicle. Therefore, your slot can not be sold to anyone else whether you show up or not.
Having said this, we still understand that things might happen and you can avoid cancellation fees. For doing so, we kindly request to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson at least 24 hours in advance, and/or your driving test at least 72 hours in advance. If you follow this simple rule, cancellation fees will NOT be applied.
Cancellation of a driving lesson within 24 hours of the lesson will pay a cancellation fee of $60.
Cancellation of a driving test within 72 hours of the test will pay a cancellation fee of $100.
Cancellation when the instructor is already on their way and No-show: the lesson and/or the driving test is forfeited.

Any customer who had paid with a credit card, and later decide to cancel the service and claim a refund, will have deducted from their refund the transaction fees charged by the merchant to the school.
