We cannot guarantee service for walk-in visitors. We primarily operate by appointment out of respect for our customers' time. However, you are welcome to try walking in from Monday to Friday if necessary, but we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you are served in a timely manner.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee will be charged based on the total service cost.

Merchant Processing Fee: We cover this fee when you book. If a refund is issued, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
Administrative Fee: A $15 administrative fee will also be deducted to cover the time and resources spent managing the cancellation and refund.
