To be eligible for the Driving Exam, you must possess an original Florida Learner's Permit (the hard copy). No temporary learner's permit on paper are accepted.

No. If you have failed this test 3 times at the DMV or with any other Third-Party Administrator, you must go to the DMV to keep taking this exam. You are not eligible to take it with us or with any other third-party administrator.

If you fail the exam at our location, the retake fee for the driving exam is $50. If you fail the exam at the DMV or any other third-party location and come to us for your retake, the fee is $100 for the exam plus an additional $20 that goes to the DMV, totaling $120.

No. Unfortunately and due to liability reasons, all applicants are required to use a Kelly's Driving School vehicle for their driving exam.

No. You must come to our facilities for the 30-minute practice and the driving test.

We cannot guarantee service for walk-in visitors. We primarily operate by appointment out of respect for our customers' time. However, you are welcome to try walking in from Monday to Friday if necessary, but we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you are served in a timely manner.

Cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours of your appointment: No cancellation Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee will be charged based on the total service cost.

No-shows: The exam will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

If you cancel your exam and request a refund at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment

a partial refund will be issued after the following deductions are applied.

• Merchant Processing Fee: We cover this fee when you book. If a refund is issued, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Administrative Fee: A $15 administrative fee will also be deducted to cover the time and resources spent managing the cancellation and refund.
