No. Unfortunately and due to liability reasons, all applicants are required to use a Kelly's Driving School vehicle for their driving exam.

No, pick-up and drop-off are not included. You must come to our facilities for both the 30-minute practice session and the driving test.

We cannot guarantee service for walk-in visitors. We primarily operate by appointment out of respect for our customers' time. However, you are welcome to try walking in from Monday to Friday if necessary, but we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you are served in a timely manner.

Cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours of your appointment: No cancellation Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee will be charged based on the total service cost.

No-shows: The exam will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

If you cancel your exam and request a refund at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

a partial refund will be issued after the following deductions are applied.

• Merchant Processing Fee: We cover this fee when you book. If a refund is issued, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Administrative Fee: A $15 administrative fee will also be deducted to cover the time and resources spent managing the cancellation and refund.
