Back in 2018, I started Kelly’s Driving School with nothing but a deep commitment to defensive driving, full of determination, and a car . It was just me—licensed by the DMV—traveling across Broward and Miami-Dade, meeting students where they were, both literally and emotionally. Parents appreciated the convenience. Students appreciated the calm, structured approach.
Word spread, and so did our mission.
Fast forward to today, and Kelly’s Driving School has grown into something truly special. We’re now a certified Third-Party Administrator, fully authorized by the State of Florida to administer both the permit exam and the driving test right here at our facility in the Davie/Hollywood area. That means no long DMV lines, no confusing paperwork—just a smooth, streamlined path to your license.
From the moment a student walks through our doors, we guide them through every step: permit prep, behind-the-wheel training, and the final driving exam. The only time they’ll need to visit the DMV is to pick up their license. That’s how we redefine convenience.
Our lessons are more than just instruction—they’re a journey. Carefully structured, each session builds on the last, helping students move confidently from basic maneuvers to advanced techniques. And at the heart of it all are our incredible instructors, Elizabeth and Carmen. Authorized by the State of Florida, they bring patience, kindness, and professionalism to every lesson. Their encouragement turns nervous beginners into empowered drivers.
Safety is our foundation. Every year, we renew our licenses and undergo rigorous background checks—not just for the school, but for every instructor and examiner. It’s our way of saying: you’re in safe hands.
